We utilize a powerfull remote support software that allows you to control (right from your own PC) a distant PC connected to the internet. It is the ideal solution to provide quick remote assistance and help customers, collegues, friends and family, even if they are on the other side of the world.

Give one of our technicians a call. if we are unable to resolve the problem, we can initiate a remote session. A short time after you are directed to click on a connection link below, the technician will be able to remotely control your computer - to troubleshoot a problem or to help install new software.

Our Help Viewer includes full encryption, based on RSA private-/public key exchange and RC4 session encoding. This technology is based on the same standards as https/SSL and is considered completely safe by today's standards. The key exchange also guarantees a full client-to-client data protection.

Provided the technician resolves your issue via the remote session, you will be billed at your normal hourly rate (with any Loyal Client Advantage discounts that may apply). Minimum charge is for a 15 minute session.
